Handy carving disc for cordless grinder. It attaches just as easily as any other cutting or sanding disc to a dewalt 20v grinder. It chews up wood quite well and can make a nice grind out concave shape quite quickly but also ok for rough rounding when needed. Good value at 6.99.

Man this thing chews through the wood. I was carving out the yellow wood on my black walnut mantle. This thing chewed through it like it was cardboard.

This is great for shaping wood. Even sculpting wood. I've only used it on soft wood but I'm sure it would work on harder wood but I'm not sure about splintering potential. Anyways, it's quite satisfying to use and it hasn't dulled a bit in the two weeks I've been using it.

Grabbed these to use with my Dewalt Angle grinder to do some wood carving. I do a lot of wood working and I want to get into doing some custom carving so I decided to try this wheel out. It does what it says it will and rips through wood easily. Be great for hogging out martials where needed for a carving project with wood. Definitely made for the main shaping and not the detail carving parts. Seems like it is a quality build and will hold up to repeated use until it wears away.

This grinding wheel quickly shapes wood. The wheel connects like all other grinding discs, but definitely has some teeth so be careful if you wear gloves or long sleeves when this spins because it has some sharp teeth and destroys some wood. I will make some of my own furniture soon and shape some logs from a tree I cut down using this grinder.The metal feels like good quality, the wheel holds securely, and after a bit of abuse the teeth all still appear to be fine.This is a fun disc to be creative with some wood projects.

This is an aggressive grinding wheel and does what it says it does: chews up wood and plastic. But, great care should be used with this wheel as it can easily grab and catch on the material so I would most definitely use a guard with this. Green and soft wood can gum up the rasp edge so results may vary accord to what you're grinding. Not sure how long this wheel will last but it is well priced so could be worth buying extras at this low price. Just use a light touch when grinding.
