I absolutely love it. It's a great set and blades are sharp. They are just the right size for your hand. They are super easy to use and carving is with ease. So far they have been very durable. The fact it has gloves is a plus. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Exactly as ordered. High quality product works well. Good additional wood. There is only one cube and mostly more rectangles, but it works.

This kit seems to be ok so far. The only issues I have are the gloves don't fit well and the wood blocks are pretty hard for a beginner. It says basswood, but it seems harder than that.

I bought two kits for my boys, 12 and 14. They never even thought of carving before this. It comes with the wooden blocks and all the tools a beginner needs. It also comes with a pair of gloves. They are a bit small, so we ordered protective gloves separately. You are your kids will love it. Gets them away from video games and their phones. Great for the price, too!

Would have been nice to come with some sort of directions on how each piece works, or maybe even follow along diagram for your first character. It’s supposed to be a beginners set after all, and I got this for my young daughter.

These tools were good quality for my 9 year old to be able to create without hurting himself in the process of the tools were too sharp.

I'm not sure if it was because my wood was too soft, but it did not handle the pressure very well. This was my first time so I'm not sure if I was doing something wrong or not. I was attempting to do the ball in the cage but I broke my wood two different times. I was almost finished when I was trying to clean up the sides of my rail and my wood split. Everything else seemed to be right, but my wood. I think I will practice oce I get some stronger wood.
