I own a very expensive cutting board that is kind of the pride of my kitchen. Due to my neglecting to oil it regularly it developed a very large crack in it. I was heartbroken when I saw my beautiful cutting board basically splitting in half. My Uncle recommended wood putty and wood glue to fix it and I chose this product to fill the crack. As you can see in the side by side photos, the putty did a brilliant job of filling in the crack. It’s now hardly even noticeable. I highly recommend this product for cracks and wood repairs.

I used this in 2 different places, a drawer and the never touched spot on the bannister. This filler came off of the drawer that was frequently used, but the spot on the bannister, where no one sees or ever touches, this product was good.

Finally a quality wood filler. I make signs for a living. Wood products are full of defects theses days. This product is the remedy for cracks and hollows and tear out. Affordable, easy to apply. A real winner.

I used it to repair a 2 inches diameter and about 1 inch deep area on the table. It was easy to put in but it took several days to dry. And when it dried finally it was several deep crackes on it. In another place which is much smaller result was much better. I need to add second layer and maybe one more. So it would be good for some scratches or really small holes. Another important point: when dry it chancges color - from oak to light beige.Tools included are hardly useful, I used my own. Forget about vertical surfaces - it will not hold shape until dry.

At first when I opened the container and say the filler it looked very only black in a way that made me worry it wood stain the wood. However this is not the case it is very clean and only fills with no staining whatsoever not even on hands. It also dries solid and strong...the only negative is with the lid it is poor design and barely feels like it wood seal at all thankfully there is an internal seal that you would like any to retain so that you can resell it after use to prevent drying out.

I wanted a putty like material. This is like a wet pudding tar. Very hard to clean off around the nail holes I was trying to fill. Very messy.
