It is a great size, won’t take up too much space. Worked well when I ironed on it.

This is my first time using one of these pads. It is wool and I love the wooly odor when using it. Small enough to use by my sewing machine but if you are using steam make sure to put a towel bigger than the pad under it to protect your wooden cabinet from the steam & heat. I also learned that the wool pad is "not" like my Teflon coated ironing board. Use this to press, don't move your iron back and forth because it roughs up the wool a bit.All in all, a great tool for quilting, pressing bias tape, pressing small seams open or applying patches. Saves a lot of back-n-forth between the sewing machine and ironing board!

This is just as thick as it was supposed to be, and is a great quality wool pressing mat. It does the job.Being a natural product, it does have a slight odor when hit with heat and steam-- as described by the seller. The odor isn't strong or too unpleasant, and it does not seem to transfer to anything I am ironing. Wool is a great choice for this kind of mat-- it is stable under high heat, holds heat and stem to get a good crisp press. I use it with a tailors clapper for great results. The package also included a neon green silicone iron rest. It's a nice idea, but not helpful for me. My iron turns off when left horizontal (in the "use" position) for more than a minute. If I want to keep it on, I have to set it up vertically on its base (and even then, it turns off after a few minutes). To use this iron rest, I'd need an iron without all the safety features... I suppose someone has one, and would appreciate this. It's not a selling feature for me, and I'm still figuring out what to use it for. Perhaps a kitchen hot pad, haha!

I guess I don't know my measurements, that's okay though. Though the smallest is a little larger than a book, it's thick, absorbs heat well well. And the iron pad is great too. Fits in my drawers. Worth the purchase

Great quailty. Made nicely. Has a little smell to it, but its fine and does not transfer to whatever is being ironed. Very thick and sturdy. Makes life easier when you cannot pull out the ironing board for small projects. I like the iron holder, does melt and kinda grips the iron to prevent it from sliding or being easily knocked down. Very happy with purchase.

The mat arrived promptly and was well packaged. It is a great help to have this mat for pressing right on the end of my work area. This large size is broader than the ironing board and works well for constructing tee shirt quilts and layouts for applique. It is high quality.
