I’m just an older woman with a lot of older appliances. I bought the 11†pliers to deal with a fridge problem, just guessing they’d be the right size and nose. Within 5 minutes of their delivery, I got back on the floor with pliers and flashlight and fixed the problem completely. Pleased with my pliers and myself! These are some serious pliers, not flimsy in the least bit.

The pliers were mostly of good quality. The forging and machining are quite good with close and parallel alignment of the jaws. However rust was evident around the hinge pin straight out of the packaging. easily fixed with som quality penetrating fluid and lots of working, but not something you would expect for new tools.

the pliers are fine however there's some brown sticky liquid coming out of them, I guess it's a lubricant or something similar, but I had to be careful using them because it was staining everything
