How to Install WP02 Garage Car Door Wall Protector
Step 1 - Measure
- Identify where your car door hits the wall.
- Mark the installation height if possible.
Step 2 - Wipe and Clean
- Wipe the wall with rubbing alcohol.
- Wait until dry before applying the protectors.
- Avoid using household cleaners or water.
Step 3 - Apply Adhesive
- Peel off 4 inches (10 cm) of the adhesive backing and attach it to the wall.
- Gradually peel off the rest while pressing the protector to the wall, keeping it straight and fully adhered.
Step 4 - Press & Last
- Press the protector firmly onto the wall for 30 seconds.
- The adhesive reaches full strength in 72 hours.
Recommended Wall Placement for Installation

These work really well! Great bumpers for the car, don’t have to worry about nicks and damage to the door anymore.Applied easily, appear to be holding up well after a few months. Very thick, excellent padding.

My only complaint is that the backing wasn’t super easy to remove. Other than that it’s perfect. Stays on the wall solidly and the felt is the perfect material to prevent any scratching. I don’t worry at all about my kids slamming the doors open unless of course it’s on the side where my wife’s car is… but nothing I can do about that I guess.

These are an awesome idea to protect the car door from hitting the garage wall. Simple idea, fairly straight forward--just determine where your door might meet the wall and stick one of these in that spot. Once in place, these things do not budge, so make sure you have them positioned properly! I stuck these to my bare cinder block walls and they are now there until the end of time.I did run into a couple minor issues. First, the paper backing did not peel away cleanly in a single piece. It ripped multiple times and I had to carefully pick at all the bits. The second bumper did peel away much better, so I guess it is hit or miss on whether it comes off as planned. Second, these pads are very thick and as a result stop your car door from opening as much as it usually would. If your car fits extra close to the walls in the garage, this might make it difficult to get in and out of the car. The thickness of this bumper could be halved and it would still be effective.The material of the face of the bumper is not as soft as it could be, but I realize this was a balance between cushioning and durability. You should not be hitting these things on a daily basis--these are just for the occasional accidental hit--so they should last almost forever.

It looks so good on the wall. High density foam provides a good absorption on impacts, and the felt surface gives a nice and gentle touch on the car doors. I think it is a great combination.Adhesive looks thin, but it is actually very very strong. You must peel it off carefully. the little pieces left over won’t affect the adhesive strength, so I just leave it like that.Overall a great idea and good value.

I had a protector on the wall but it was thin and useless. These are thick, covered in a felt fabric that won't scratch or rub off on my car's door edge. There are 4 to a package and they have a strong sticky back. If you wanted to put them on a surface that isn't flat, you could screw them in and countersink the screws. The bumpers are working very well for our needs.

I find my car door often hits the wall in my garage and was concerned about scratching or denting it. So I decided to install this protector. It is very simple to install, just stick it on, and the design of the protector effectively cushions the impact of the car door. Since installing it, my car door has not had any scratches and the garage wall is well protected. Highly recommend it.
