this is incredible for the price compared to other options. very solid and well made. bigger in person than it looks in the pictures.it's a reasonable size. there's no benefit to going huge like a 3" diameter for most people. this hits the sweet spot at slightly over 2"you can connect it in a low, middle or high position to help target various areas of the hand which is amazing.the only thing i would knock it on is i wish the curling was a bit more defined to help it from sliding.

I think this single-arm wrist roller handle does a better job mimicking an arm-wrestling motion than a standard wrist-roller bar or a dumbbell or barbell because of the angle of flexion during exercise. The three holes in the metal attachment for the carabiner allow you to vary the angle of force to work slightly different muscles. The handle feels very solid. It has a thick (50mm or 60mm) hard plastic grip with very mild knurling. My only criticism of the build is that edges of the metal attachment for the carabiner are rather sharp.I'm not really an arm wrestler so I tried to come up with other things you could use the handle for. Of course you can use it as a thick handle for one-arm rows and other exercises. But it's wide enough to use it as a mini-bar for both hands if you can position the straps away from your hands during the exercise, as with rows. I think it works at least as well as adding fat grips to a bar and is more rigid (which is good or bad depending on your preference). You can also squeeze the handle for isometric forearm exercises.

My interest in fortifying my forearms grew after experiencing repeated bouts of carpal tunnel issues in my right hand. This led me to explore Arm Wrestling training as a valuable resource for forearm strength. The Rolling strap, specifically designed for Arm Wrestling athletes, has proven to be an exceptional tool for targeting and strengthening often-overlooked muscles. Its dimensions are well-suited for the intended exercises, making it user-friendly. After just a few sets, you can feel the burn in your forearms.Incorporating an elastic band into my routine, I've found that the Rolling strap complements it perfectly. The sturdy construction instills confidence, and the rough surface enhances grip on the cylinder's surface.I recommend this tool not only for Arm Wrestling enthusiasts but also for anyone looking to strengthen their forearms. Personally, I find it enjoyable, and it has seamlessly become a regular part of my exercise routine.

I am not an arm wrestler, but I do love to do Spartan races and there are a lot of grip intensive obstacles, especially if you're doing the 10k or Beast. So I'm always looking for ways to work my grip. When I came across this immediately I knew I had to have it. And I'm super happy I did. I strapped this to a kettlebell and it didn't take long to feel the forearms burning from the curls I was doing. I also did some farmer carry work using it.Make sure you're wrapping the straps part of the way around the bar so that the weight is trying to unroll the bar in your hand. That will work your grip a lot more than just leaving the straps fully unwrapped. This is a great tool for my home Spartan gym for getting some grip work in. So don't let the "arm wrestling" in the title detract you. If you need grip strength this will help.

Great armwrestling implement to help train your cupping and forearm. The size of the handle isn't too large and fits someone with average sized hands just fine. The implement also features 3 attachment points to help put pressure for low and high cupping as well. The only thing I would have liked to see is more aggressive knurling on the handle. It is made from plastic and is fairly smooth. I plan to either scratch in my own or simply add tape in the middle to help with friction/grip. Not a deal breaker by any means. No issues with delivery or packaging.

Maybe there's something I'm missing about the world of competitive arm wrestling, but this thing is simply put "a monster". It's huge! Like,....super dooper, really-really, bigger than my 2" Fat Bars huge. I'm sorry, guys and gals, but I'm not seeing the point. While the piece itself is BIG in about every way possible, I will admit that they used solid, high quality materials throughout. The nylon webbing and stitching is all top notch without a single misplaced thread or stray string anywhere. The metal securing buckle is solid steel. Why are there three eyelets to attach it? I have no idea. Pretty sure a pulley attachment only needs one, but again.... I'm not a competitive arm wrestler, so who knows?! Maybe they need more. The handle itself is massive. Couldn't wrap my fingers all the way around it if you dislocated them all to try. It's that big! I'd say the only thing here that's not bulky would be the tiny 2" inch carabiner that came with it. This piece is HEAVY! Toss a little weight on the pulley and I think that carabiner is gonna be my personal point of first failure.Just can't see myself going all "Over The Top" with this. Might be fun to play pretend like I'm gonna win the championships. More than likely this is gonna make a great floor mat paper weight in my own home gym. For all you competitors, though, I'll cross my fingers and wish you good luck at the finals!
