The product matched perfectly. The product was very easy to install but the removal of the old wiper arm was challenging. If you cannot remove the old wiper arm using penetrate you'll have to use a grinder. My old wiper arm was fused to the post and had to be removed this way. Be carefull not to grind too deep or you'll strip the threads which run in an up and down direction on the post and secure the arm in place. These arm post threads are just below the screw threads. The screw threads are needed to attach the final nut securing the the wiper arm to the motor system.

This worked just fine for my 2009 Jeep Commander Sport. Unknown long term durability as I've only installed it a couple of months ago, but no issues. The only installation issue was in the removal of the old wiper (not the fault of the product). There is a bushing that is part of the wiper arm that attaches to wiper motor spindle. This bushing would not come off, and I had to pull apart the old wiper to expose it. Once exposed, pliers and vice grips would not remove the old bushing (14 year old vehicle, so not entirely unexpected when parts don't come off easy). Found a hack online suggesting using a Dremel. Easy removal after a couple of Dremel cuts (caution... don't cut the spindle). New wiper assembly fit over the spindle as expected, and has been holding tight.

I got this for my 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee, altitude. It went on great, then realized it’s actually smaller than the original wiper.

Installed this on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ. The OE arm does not have a latch for the wiper blade but this aftermarket unit did. I was dually impressed by the fit and quality of this arm. It looks exactly like OE (other than the improvement of having a latch for the wiper blade!) It even came with the little plastic cap to cover the bolt, which shocked me even more! The wiper blade wipes the rain off my back lift glass very clearly. Super impressed with this product and would recommend to anyone for their WJ!

My suggestion on replacing the whole arm is tape the window with blue tape really good around that area. Apply a little pressure. The old wiper assembly will come off. Don’t forget to unplug it from the inside. Do not put any metal tool and pry that windshield will break in your hand and you will be very upset. It requires a lot of patience a little pressure do not ever tap on that glass or on that assembly to remove it. It will come out.

Compared to the old blade I was removing, this new one went on super smooth. Seems good quality. Price for whole assembly almost the same as just a wiper blade alone...no brainier.

Wiper did not make good contact with window. Otherwise super easy to install and fit our 2013 jeep grand cherokee.
