I bought this to replace my old snow pants, it worked very well, quite sturdy, warm, and water proof. I actually didn't expect it to be this good. I also like the waist design so I don't need a belt to keep the pants at place.

I wanted a pair of snow pants I can wear over my jeans or with just a base layer without it being so bulky and big I need a belt. I also wanted cargo pockets for my mittens. The price is decent but the zippers on the front and rear pockets keep getting stuck or jammed in the fabric so I keep checking to make sure nothing has fallen out.

I'm a 64 year old Yankee and I expect things to work when they're new. Boy, do these pants work. Bought them three years ago and they have never let me down. I wear them over my lined denims and the tabs have never broken. Worn in single digit weather and I'm still warm. Used while snow blowing in a blizzard, Still Dry. I'm not a delicate person and especially in my shop, yet these pants, after three winters haven't snagged once on the many hazards I've subjected them to.Definitely would recommend. Definitely would buy again.

First, the side pocket zippers are very cheap. They use a small zipper that doesn't zip smoothly, and wants to catch on the fabric when they do finally go. They are not going to be fun to use out in the cold. They also covered the side zippers with a fabric flap, which is visually nicer, but functionally is not so nice (especially with an inferior zipper). They should've used the same zipper as the fly, which they claim is YKK, and is correctly sized. The back pocket zipper is not fully sewed in. See photo. This makes the back pocket unusable.I used the cargo pockets with Velcro instead since the other pockets are just not good. The exterior shell is your typical nylon. The insulation was fine (with a couple extra thermal layers) for 3 days skiing in 20 degree windy and snowing.I have a 32" waist at the belly button, 6'0", fit build, and the Medium/32 length is perfect.

Instead of using this for skiing, I wear these for motorcycling, in cold weather down into the single digits. They fit well over my jeans, and they keep my legs warm. The biggest thing I like is that it protects well from the wind, and that was my biggest issue to fix.

I wear a 36 waist pant. I first ordered the XL(40-42) to allow for extra layers underneath. The pants were humongous even with the waist cinched up as tight as I could get it. I really wanted a waterproof pant with cargo pockets so I ordered a L(36-38) and they were so small I couldn't get them buttoned. I'm not sure why the other reviews have stated they fit as ordered, maybe something has changed, but I sure didn't have the same experience.

Pants fit as expected. The front pockets have small zippers that tend to get stuck and are impossible to use if you have gloves on. Other than the small zippers, these are great pants for shoveling snow in.

They test pretty well in the snow. I have never felt cold nor been soaked through while wearing these. I would definitely size up however, if even for ease of flexibility. They fit, but I like to have a full range of unhindered motion. Kids, right. Love the pockets too!

The quality is good and warmth is satisfactory. The front main pockets are quite small. The pants fit perfect in the length but very high up on the waist compared to other pants so take that into consideration. You may have to order a much larger size.

I ordered a 34 waist which I easily fit into but these pants wouldn’t even buckle. Not great sizing, a bit disappointing

We ordered these pants in size 36x30. My hubby usually wears a 34x30, but these pants have the capacity to be tightened enough that they ended up fitting him well (yay, elasticated waist!). I will say though that the 30L seems really long - these pants are several inches too long for him, but they shouldn't be.My husband says that these pants are comfortable to wear. They're on the thin side for snow pants, they wouldn't provide a ton of warmth in the snow, but they do a great job of keeping him dry as they repel water well. They've got lots of pockets, some of which are even zippered. The pants have built in gaiters that can be pulled down over the boots to keep ankles and feet dry. These pants seem well made. We've washed them once so far, just hung them to dry, with no issues. My husband has been wearing these pants to walk the dog and he says that with a pair of long Johns underneath, they're adequately warm. He says they keep the wind out really well, and he likes the zippered pockets for holding his dog-walking accessories.

Nice, light comfortable pair of snow pants. What surprised me most was how well they fit. They are also comfortable, and have ample room for movement or slipping over a pair of jeans/pants. As for fit, they have a high waist, which feels a bit awkward to me (prefer to wear off the hips) but helps keep the snow out. The waist is also adjustable with two velcro tabs, and the bottoms have several buttons (boot gaiters) to keep them secured around your footwear. The side pockets are zippered and the two cargo pockets have velcro. The material is listed as 600 Denier Ballistic Nylon. Feels reasonably thick and should stand up to causal wear and tear, but is too lite for snowboarding purposes (IMO) if you go hard and frequently fall, but sufficient for casual skiing or other outdoor activities. Not a lot of insulation (160 grams Acrylic/Cotton), but more than sufficient for activity in moderately cold weather. However, they have enough room to wear something underneath should you need (thermal or track pants).Specs:Size: 36â€x30†was true to size.Material 100% Polyester, and confirmed that the outer shell sheers/repels water.Washing Instructions: Machine wash 30C and hang dry (no tumble dry)Final Thought: 36’x30’ was a perfect fit. Not a lot of insulation or super tough, but perfect for lite excursions and activities, with enough room to wear pants underneath. Exactly what I was looking for, and very happy with them.
