The construction of the pouch is pretty sturdy. The tourniquet I have fits snug and nicely in the pouch. The only thing I did not like was the plastic connection strap. It was hard to fit together when trying to add it to my plate carrier. I finally discarded it and used a nylon strap with a snap and it connected with no problem.

I like overall design, however, the Molle didn't seem to fit my battle belt spacing very accurately. That could be the battle belt or it could be the pouch, it is the only laterally mounted piece of gear on the belt.

Bought it to fit my CAT Gen7 on my range/EDC bag. It's doign a great job. Had to adjust the sizing for the "pull out" tab but it was quick. The molle mounting system is Ok for this light usage.
