Was hopeful this would work for my 2018 Ford F-150 XLT. Took it to locksmith who ground the key to fit and I kept my finger's crossed that he would be able to program the electronics to remote lock and start the truck as from what I've read it is hit or miss with no OEM key fobs. This one worked! It's been a couple of weeks now and so far, so good.

This remote requires programming via computer from dealer or qualified key shop, but it's still a great deal compared to the price at the actual dealership.(If you have two keys you'll be able to program it though)

Key works as advertised. No issue with locksmith programming for my 2015 f-150.. But,It keeps eating batteries like Pac-Man! A battery keeps only lasting about 2-3 weeks. Tried all kinds, flavors, makers, etc.. Keeps eating batteries so there’s that, gust keeps on giving! -$$$$$ batteries!Other than that works great! Just hesitant to return cause the new one will need to spend another $95 to get reprogrammed

This key worked as a direct replacement for my OEM key that broke on my 2016 F-150. The only complaint I have is that the buttons are a little stiff.
