I got the 6 pack of this tape because it was very cheap. I don't care much about quality... in fact, I appreciate that the tape side doesn't stick that strongly to surfaces. It means that the tape won't peel off any existing paint or damage anything if my kid sticks it to stuff. I have used it a tiny bit for painting and it works fine for that, really. The expensive painters tapes sometimes yank paint off of surfaces (thanks to my home builder's cheap contractor paint) so poor adhesion can sometimes be a benefit. Also, the adhesion isn't really all THAT bad, despite all the poor reviews. It's totally usable.

I have a lot of tape work that I'm doing for a project and I needed a lot of tape but didn't want to break the bank so I bought 3 packs of 6. I haven't started doing the painting using the tape yet, but I'm apprehensive since I'm already having problems with this product.Problems:-an inconvenience, but trying to find the the start of the roll is like trying to find Waldo, it takes time-the adhesive sucks! I thought it would've been great giving the description of the advanced paint lock edging, but there are parts of the tape that don't stick even when they were just put on. Maybe it because it's cold? Because of the lack of the tape sticking, I'm regretting the purchase of this tape and concerned how well the paint lines will be. I don't have the time, money, or patience to get a different brand of painters tape and redo all the work I've already done with this tape.

Love it. Could be a little thicker. but holds and lifts great! Use it to hold a blackout panel over a window. Works great

I usually use a branded version. But this was on offer so I tried. Excellent on flooring, carpet & to protect windows. Haven’t used it on a painted or varnished surface yet, but I like it.
