How To Use The Zipper Kit?
- First, remove top zipper stop from your zipper. You can use the pliers tool to do that.
- Second, remove the old broken slider from the top end.
- Third, check the size and type of your zipper, then choose the suitable slider from the kit and put the new slider on.
- At last, please use the pliers tool to press zipper stop back into place.

I had a zipper head fall apart on my sweat jacket. I took it to several tailor/altercation shops and all of them quoted me between the $20-$30 range to repair. I saw an infomercial for a zipper repair kit one night and decided to see what Amazon had to offer. I found this YaHoGa repair kit for a good price and decided to give it a try. The kit contains several styles of zipper heads along with various styles of zipper stops for #3, #5 and #8 size zippers along with a tool. This kit repaired my #3 zipper head perfectly in less than five minutes. This is a great repair kit.

This is perfect to fix any zipper, however, th instructions are terrible. The picture shows nothing.

This kit comes with a great selection of sizes, pulls and stops - in standard black, antique brass and silver colors.Heavy duty and every day - coil or toothed.I have repaired two jackets, a purse, a pair of dress pants, a duffel bag and a garment bag - quickly and easily.The little tool that is included is ok, but I have large hands and opted to use my old standby needle nose pliers.The directions that are included leave a bit to be desired, but really, a quick look at the supplies and it's a no brainer to repair almost any zipper that needs black, antique brass or silver (repair) parts. Great value for the money!

I got this kit to replace a broken zipper slider on my wife's LuLu Lemon jacket. Unfortunately, none of the included zipper sliders are a direct replacement for the YKK #5 coil zipper slider as the groove does not line up properly with the zipper. I was able to sort of make it work by using one of the sliders that has pulls on both sides, installing it backwards and breaking off the tab on the inside. not perfect but it works. Also, the included "zipper install plier" is a piece of garbage. It is basically a clipper, not a pliers and the spring popped out on first use. The zippers are made of very cheap metal that may not last very long. We'll see. The fabric and rubber pulls seem pretty good though.

I lost my jacket slider while traveling. I searched online for determining the correct slider I would need, and the #5 plastic slider in this kit worked perfect. I also put one of the stoppers at the top of the zipper track to prevent the slider from falling off again. Overall I'm happy with my purchase!

The only bad thing is it could use a lot better instructions on how to replace them. The picture shows the whole instructions. Had to Google to find out more.

We got my daughter a Carhart coat and discovered the zipper handle was missing. Watched the video on Youtube how to fix it. Ordered this kit and was incredibly easy. Her coat is now fixed and works great. Now I'm going to fix some duffle bags I have with broken zippers. Highly recommend this. Thank you for providing this to the public, no more need to go to a seamstress. Yay
