I have no complaints. It does what it says it does and I was able to use it for 1, 4, 5, and 6 weight yarns with few issues. If the winder experiences too much tension, it stops and beeps. That's a nice little feature for me.

Love how quickly and easily it winds up a hank of yarn. Much better for my arthritis than cranking a regular ball winder or using my nostapenne. So much faster and the ball of yarn is more uniform. It was definitely worth the money

I have arthritis and winding yarn was hard. This is great quick works great and is a quick way to wind my yarn. It is great and a great price.

& I get quite a few tangle knots to work out. But I have tried it with 3-4 5- & 6 weight yarns & it caked them all up but not really tight but that could be me because I can guide it as fast as it goes so I start & stop a lot

Not sure why, but it worked great for the first time I used it. The second time? It would only twitch. And then when I tried a third time, it didn't even click on. Even plugged in, secured properly, and everything. Bummed cause I really liked it :(

This makes balling yarn so much easier. It's so simple to start up and let it do its thing.
