Very Disappointed with this product - Can only be used with an Ethernet connection - DONT BUY Unless you are using ViOP system.Our company was trying to set up a ViOP system - our first issue was there is no wifi/bluetooth on this machine, so spend the extra money for a phone with a Bluetooth connection. After realizing ViOP wasn't what our company needed, I did ask to return/refund out of the 30 days but they declined (fair).We thought we could at least use them for regular phones except there is NO PHONE JACK CONNECTION - there is only a PC and INTERNET ports - Now these are 4 door stops at this point. Buyer Beware. (also read the fine print - you need to buy the power supply separate which is really weird.)

Excellent voice quality, and it's a perfect replacement for my old analogue phone now that the Australian NBN has made analogue phones obsolete.Plugging into my PoE Ethernet was as simple as it gets.It received a network IP address immediately, and entering the SIP username and password was a 30-second process.I got this at a bargain price, having chosen one that was returned to Amazon due to the absence of a power adaptor.PoE, meaning Power Over Ethernet, allows this phone to operate without a power adaptor on PoE-enabled networks, and as such, it doesn't come with one.
