I bought this dress for my daughter for a school project. The quality and fit are good- it seems tries to size, and the fabric is soft and comfortable. It looks like it will hold up well, and is perfect for what we needed

I purchased this beautiful green and cream/gold dress for my 12 year old daughter to wear at my renaissance themed wedding. The color is stunning and the pictures don't do it justice. I got her a small but I am going to reorder her this in a medium as the small is a bit tight and makes her look slightly pregnant when she's not. She currently weights 113 lbs and is 5'1" tall. The dress has a great flow. No need for a petticoat or a slip. It does seem to cling to her body but again I believe I should have went up a size. I didn't notice any unusual smells. The only thing I didn't like about the dress was the laces which were more like extremely long and very thin shoe laces. The cream colored one was on the back of the dress which stood out like a sore thumb. The black one was on the front of the dress which didn't look as awful. I plan of purchasing a thin ribbon to relace the new dress with as I feel that would look better. Other than that my only other complaint with be the placement of the tag. It is sewn upwards in between the seem at the back of the neckline and forces it to stick straight up. There's no real way of hiding it and would be difficult to remove if you're not a seemtress which I am not. Sure you can just cut it out but it's going to be noticeable. These complaints are minor inconveniences which is why I'm still giving the dress a 5 star rating.

I got this for the local Renaissance Festival a few years ago to dress up as one of my book characters. I loved how pretty the dress was and it was comfortable to wear. But on a petite girl like me with a little bit more fluff around the midsection, it wasn’t flattering. The velvet did nothing to hide this, only making it more obvious. And the ties, whether loose or tight, added onto the problem.If you’re someone with barely any belly fat and over 5’ 4†this will be perfectly serviceable. Just not for me

It did run a little bit small but all in all worked for what I needed it for Halloween costume . Material is well put together, especially for the price. The colors are great material is to be expected for a Halloween costume for me. It was just the right thickness.

This dress did not fit me. It was a size too small and I ordered according to the charts. I was unable to wear it, so I'm sending it back. Otherwise, the quality is good the sleeves were long as shown, and for me it touched the floor in front so it was long enough.

This dress is absolutely stunning I am 5"2 and roughly 155-160 lbs and I was worried at first when I ordered an XXL because I'm usually a large some times and Xl however I really wanted the dress to hit the floor without me tripping which it did and the sleeves to be long so went to the reviews and boy oh boy am I glad I listened and sized up it's heavy but not too heavy which is perfect for Halloween I am beyond happy with this the strings are like shoe strings which I already knew going into this order and wasn't mad at you can always run to the store and grab a cheap ribbon if it's not your style but I personally don't mind definitely 100/10 on this worth every penny to me!! I may buy the black one next 🖤🫶ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

It was a very little bit too small and wouldn't tolerate constant wear but it's a costume, only likely to be worn once a year or less.
