Installed in 15 minutes once we had drill, level and stud finder gathered. Boards slide easily onto arms but have a gentle slope upward so they don't come if bumped. Flat enough to slide on and off easily too. I simple LOVE them. Being able to remove the arms are a plus so nobody hits them walking by if boards are gone/in use. Sure cleans up the garage super nice! I recommend these and would buy again. Quality thick metal. Nice cushioned arms, & easy to install

This rack is just what we needed. It's sturdy and easy to install. No, it doesn't come with instructions, but that's because it doesn't need to. They provide all the tools you'll need and even include extra screws and drywall anchors if you need them. It's pretty self-explanatory: Decide where you want to hang it, put the screws through the holes, snap on the arms, and hang your boards. Done. The picture above shows you where to place it. My only complaint is that vertically the arms are a little too close together to accommodate fins. We have to stagger our boards so the board above doesn't rest on the fin of the board below it (see picture). That's not really a big deal, though. Overall, it's a worthwhile purchase and I recommend it.

I'm not sure where the "heavy duty steel" is hiding deep inside these hooks, but the instance we put the paddleboard on the hooks, one broke in half dropping the board. We found heavy duty glue to try and fix it. Gave it plenty of time to dry and as soon as the board went back up - it broke again. So now I'm buying something different. Waste of money.

If you need to store 3 SUP’s with fins on, this will not work. You have to remove all fins to store 3 SUP’s. This may not concern all, but if like me, you’d planned to simply use our SUP’s bring them back and store, easy, then it is a real shame.Manufacturer; just 10cm more between poles would solve this. Did you even test these with SUP’s tray to use? A simple QA resolution.Other than that, Day 1, seems good quality, although I did use fixing wall glue in the masonry as well given some other reviews.

No instructions or parts list in the packaging. Only realised the some of the spring clips that hold the arms to the wall brackets were missing once I had fitted the unit to the wall.Also the bolts aren't really long enough for the job so had to replace those with more suitable ones.Would have appreciated to opportunity to raise these issues directly with the manufacturer but that wasn't an option.
