I use this almost daily to perform my physical therapy exercises as recommended by my doctor. The roller is very firm so make sure that is what you are needing before purchasing. It has held up well for over four months of use now. It has to be used on a hard surface such as a table or floor, I tried to use it on a bed but there is not enough support. It helps keep my pain to a tolerable level with daily use.

I ordered this for physical therapy at home for recovering from three spinal surgeries. When I open the box I thought it was very light and that the product was not going to be good because of its lightweight material. Boy was I wrong. This thing can hold my weight and every single exercise I do on it is just as effective on the heavier more dense models. Very lightweight and very easy to store and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I originally bought the full-round high density 36x6 foam roller. I returned it, as it was too hard and too difficult to stay on it when laying it across my spine, as directed. My P/T person then suggested this half-round 36x3 version - so it won't "roll" on the floor. I think both this 36x3 and the 36x6 versions (both hard density) really messed up my back. I removed the wrapper so I'll be keeping it, but not using it. Maybe it's good for others, but neither was good for me.

My physical therapist had me use this and I knew I wanted one for home. I have loose joints which makes getting a good stretch hard. This makes it easy to stretch out my calf, heel, and foot. It is a great value for the money and the quality is good. I’ve bought from this company before and they are top notch!I am not a bot and was not paid for this review.

Wish I read the negative reviews. Flimsy and cheap. Worth about $3 and yet I paid about $17. Surface is very smooth and too stiff for remedial purpose so it’s very uncomfortable. If using for balance, it cannot cope with weight bearing exercises and you hand or foot just sinks into right into it. There’s no middle ground. It’ll either uncomfortable hold shape or it’ll collapse. Cheapest on Amazon for a reason. Regret not spending an extra $5-10 to get something worth the price and actually useful. Might let my child paint it for a fun project instead.
