I’m only giving this welding cap for stars Shirley based on the fact that they run, big, and quite possibly two sizes, Big! I bought countless fitted baseball caps Over the last 30+ years and 7 5/8†has always been the size I’ve purchased and or had ordered. Otherwise, the quality is very good I feel is very good. And just as a disclaimer, yes I washed it multiple times in hot water and dried it on high heat and got a little to no shrinkage.

Ordered a size down after reading the reviews stating they run big and it fits perfect. Nice thickness, isn’t too hot on the head. The top fits good and doesn’t give me a cone head lol. Overall I’m pleased and would buy again.

Very thick & sturdy material, which is nice because you know the hat is going to last… but also gets pretty hot. Cool design, fits well, keeps you from torching your scalp. I’d buy again but probably won’t have to because I can tell this cap will last a long time.

Welder nation caps are more expensive at 30 dollars a cap, but they are much more comfortable, and fit perfectly. I bought two of these but both don’t fit true to size, I ordered 7 7/8 same as with my others, but these don’t fit properly, they bunch up in a lot of places, and don’t sit on my head right, the inside fabric feels strange and it’s what bunches up leaving it unable to sit properly, and overall just doesn’t feel good. I’m choosing to stick with Welder Nation instead but everyone has their own preference.
