One of my studs broke on my left front spacer and I can’t find a new one anywhere or contact the company selling these.

Use thread locker and check torque once I a while whenever you can and you will have no issues I've ran multiple wheels setups on these spacers already and they are showing no signs of wear, wobble or loosening of lug nuts stay on top of your stuff be aware. and you will have no issues
