This is the worst ligature that I have ever used in my 10 years of playing the clarinet. I bought it as a last-minute replacement for a broken ligature and this one was awful. It worked fine for a few days but, since has refused to stay on the instrument. It is impossible to tighten properly to keep your reed in place and will migrate up the mouthpiece, making it incredibly frustrating to use.

My son plays his clarinet everyday and we haven’t had any problems with this hardware. I would recommend and will buy again from this company.

Guess all is well needed one of the screws for clarinet. Less costly to buy whole outfit than a screw or two

I bought it because it was cheap, thinking that even if it wasn't a very good ligature, at least we'd be able to use the screw to replace the missing on the old ligature for my son's clarinet. Well joke's on me. The screws didn't fit and this ligature doesn't actually stay put on the clarinet but migrates around. When he tries to tighten the screws so it will stay put, it loosens itself before he gets into the song. He had to go back to limping along with his old one-screw ligature while I find another one to buy. I'm definitely trying to return this as it just did not work.

You get what you pay for. This is cheap piece of kit that slips and doesn't properly hold the reed. Cheap but not really worth it, I will be looking for a decent used ligature on eBay.
