Designs are nice and floss is nice quality. The designs don’t always match the pictures, so if you let that go it’s great.Wish they suggested more than just satin and straight stitching.

I bought these for a weekend with my momma. And like old times we sat around and did these. It took a awhile to remember the stitches. The packet has instructions, so that’s amazing, but it’s a little hard to determine where to put the shading in the flowers, there’s no lines, so If you’re not sure how to use different colors to shade, may not be for you. HOWEVER, It’s such a great price and comes with everything you need except scissors. Highly recommend. I’m not finished with mine yet, but I’m loving it so much

Let me start by saying the kit is a wonderful complete kit- frames, embroidery floss, printed material, etc. included. From that aspect it is great for a beginner. It also is decent quality -- the prints started fraying a bit around the edges as I worked on them, but nothing too bad.I am not a beginner at needlework. I did it for several years, and then haven't had much time the past few years. I bought these to make for Christmas gifts, and they are definitely not made for the beginner. While the instructions are okay, they are not detailed enough for someone with no embroidery experience. Additionally, several of the pictures show more intricate work with the various floss colors than is printed on the material, so you are expected to just kind of guess at where you should sew with certain colors. That was shocking to me as I had never seen that before.These are beautiful patterns, and I know my recipients will love them for Christmas. Just know they are not super beginner-friendly!!
