I went to my chiropractor and explaned I can lay on my back with my feet hanging over my bed and my back cracks and it takes care of me for weeks. He suggested I buy this and sure enough whenever I need to adjust my back I get on it .OneNote, it’s not a cure all for everyone. I would consult your chiropractor first this unit is very inexpensive. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy.

I had no trouble assembling this product. The instructions,ate in perfectly fine English and the diagrams and steps are,easy to follow. The bolts,and stuff are neatly packaged in plastic over a,cardboard back, clearly labeled. I did not need to watch any video.The inversion table looks great and is very strong. I only weigh 117 lbs, and it inverts and returns upright with ease. Its very well balanced. I've got it adjusted for my height and there's plenty of room to adjust it shorter or longer. This iis,a great product at an affordable price. I've only begun using it today but it handles easily.

I love the stretch helps with back pain also. The thing i like least is the looseness at the foot stand connection but works great for the price. That's why I gave four star instead of five

This table is very sturdy, well constructed. Other inversion tables I've used before, you have to fight to get back upright, but the balance on this one is great. Let go of the handles and you will gradually come back upright.

It works a friend recommended it . Easy to assemble used it for only a minute at a time in the first setting. After a few uses my knee and pain are gone. I’m sure it work for everyone but works for me.

The product is nice and heavy so it will last me for years. The instructions are so hard to understand it has taken us 8 hours to put together. Buy it if you have the knowledge on how to assemble. I had to call a friend to help me.

I ordered the inversion table for my wife her back was bothering her and what a difference this makes after 1 inversion for 2 minutes she got some relief and was able to get up and down without hurting she has been using it twice a day for a couple days now and is feeling much better putting it together was rather simple, easy to use and works great and comfortable to lay on the fit is great with simple adjustment for height and it folds up when not in use we highly recommend this product

Das Paket kam sicher und gut verpackt an. Der Zusammenbau war für mich als Frau, in Verbindung mit dem Aufbauvideo bei YouTube auch sehr einfach. Das Gerät ist sehr stabil, man sollte aber schon darauf achten jedesmal die Sicherungssplinte und die Begrenzungsstange vor Benutzung zu überprüfen bzw. einzustecken. Die Sicherungssplinte muss man, wenn man es in die Ecke stellt entfernen, sonst kann man es nicht zusammenklappen.Man sollte mit dem Training vorsichtig anfangen und es langsam steigern. Ich benutze die Inversionsbank fast täglich, weil es bei mir sehr entspannend wirkt. Beim zweiten Benutzen hat sich durch die Traktion mein Kreuzbein und zwei Lendenwirbel wieder richtig positioniert und meine Beschwerden, die sehr lange bestanden sind so gut wie weg. Mir hilft es auch sehr gut bei meinen Schulter/Nackenproblemen, diese werden auch langsam weniger.Mir hilft es sehr gut und ich kann das Gerät bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Also ehrlich gesagt war auch ich etwas skeptisch, was sich allerdings als völlig unbegründet erwiesen hat. Das Paket kam früher als erwartet und super verpackt. Alles sehr stabil und robust,wirklich gute Qualität. Zu große Bohrlöcher kann ich nicht bestätigen, es war alles genau so wie es sein sollte. Der Aufbau war einfach, ich habe es ebenfalls über das YouTubeVideo gemacht, da die Gebrauchsanweisung komplett in englisch ist. Nach Aufbau direkt ausprobiert und meine Kreuzschmerzen hatten sich fast in Luft aufgelöst^^ Ich bin absolut zufrieden und würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Ich bin wirklich absolut begeistert!Allerdings ist mir völlig unverständlich wie man dieses Gerät als gefährlich bezeichnen kann. Es ist überhaupt kein Problem wieder in die Ausgangsstellung zu kommen, egal aus welcher Position.

Posso affermare che mi sembra un ottimo prodotto per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualita' prezzo e aggiungo che è veramente difficile trovare istruzioni di montaggio cosi' dettagliate e precise : complimenti !
