I've only used it once, but I attached it to my trailer with zip ties and it works perfectly on our truck. We don't have a 7 pin on the towing truck, and we don't need to charge our camper as we drive, so this adapter is spot on for our use! I'll update if any issues, but so far so good!

The wires are too short to connect to other plug but I had another plug with longer wires that I spliced in. Now works great.

Nice unit if you are trying to use a newer trailer (Round 7-pin flat blade style connector) with an older vehicle (4 prong round pin connector). You WILL GET your trailer running lights, brake lights, and left/right turn signals. You WILL NOT GET electric braking or Reverse lights though.

All of our trailers have the larger connectors and this made the conversion easy on our Toyota Highlander.
