So far it's great for running a small TV in an RV. Very quiet, doesn't get warm. Seems to be good quality, and the plug is heavy duty and fits nice and tight.

The display changes values depending how tight/loose the cable is wrapped around the plug, but regardless of how tight/loose you make it, it is never accurate. Would show 6k RPM at idle on a single cylinder 50cc engine.

Should have bought this little tach years ago. For little money this is a great tachometer. Every logger should have one to keep chainsaws running at top end.

Für jemanden der sich ein wenig schrauben zutraut, ist das Teil einfach zu installieren. Zeit- und Drehzahlmesser funktionieren.Die Verarbeitung macht für den Preis auch einen top Eindruck. Mal sehen, wie lange die Batterie hält.

Shows RPM when running and shows hours ran otherwise. Installed directly on top of the spark plug cover since its waterproof design. Hide approximately 3 inches of wire slack coiled behind the spark plug cover allowing proper removal of the cover. Drilled 2 snug holes for screws and 1 for wire to go through (straight down near the edge so basically invisible); sealed with hot glue if needed. Trimmed any excessive wire and ziptied the wire to be away from the engine.

Used on my mower to check revs at idle and full throttle. Worked a treat and now know engine delivering specified revs rather just guessing.
