We cook salmon a lot. Not all the fishmongers get every bone. I used to use a pair of pliers but always felt weird using tools from my tool box for this. This tweezer worked great. Note that this isn’t a small hair pulling tweezer. This is the size of two fingers so it does need some strength to use. Not crazy amount but if you have weak hands, this might not work for you. The texture on the outside gave it a good gripping surface. It doesn’t slip even with salmon hand. The pinchers are very precise so it grips bones tightly, better than pliers.Knowing what I know now, would have bought it 10 years sooner.

These work great. I used to use tweezers when deboning Salmon and such. Was always a pain and never really got the whole job done. Now that I have these, worry no more! Each and every pin bone comes right out! From small 16†trout to 40# King salmon, these will get the job done fast and right!
