I am writing to the company to thank you for such a great product I'm happy to test drive any others that you have and write a review for you, I purchased for my husband after looking at tons of these on Amazon this came out of the box ready to go and I mean literally out of the box plug it in and go, it works exactly as stated my husband is a size 13 ft he has huge feet and It just fits him just right he has Parkinson's so it is imperative that he keeps a circulation going I put this on him every night at 45 minutes at level 5 right now to start and it's doing wonders for his circulation there is no assembly the instructions were clear it was packed perfectly I haven't had any problems with this product it's a great value for the money the weight is not too heavy for me to lift it runs completely smooth the size is great for foot pedals like I said he's a 13 it's got great range of motion I am extremely pleased with this product you lift it right out of the box you plug it in it beeps and you set it up it's got a lot of different speeds it goes backwards and forwards it's got a nice little hand remote but I can't figure out how to use it however I that's me I'm remote challenged and the batteries never work in the remote no matter what remote I get it comes with batteries however I still can't get the remote to work again a great product of value for the money compared to all the other pricing up here

Wow, my legs are definitely getting stronger by using this for only 2 weeks! Very easy to use. Pretty much just take it out of the box and plug it in. NO assembly needed for this one. Some of the machines on Amazon need to be assembled, and I had to return one for that reason. Has remote control, which has been a great help. So, about the leg strength, for the past couple of days I've noticed that I could do some things, like standing up, without going through a lot of trouble. I can actually feel my thigh muscles contracting to lift me. Also, my balance is a lot better because my legs are stronger. This machine is also relaxing. I set it for 45 minutes and in electrical mode, it will exercise my legs and ankles. I use it on #7. Hard to believe that this type of movement can strengthen without much effort, but it does. It also has resistance mode where you do the pedaling. The instruction booklet is not clear on setting this for a mechanical option, so, I researched it and found that with the remote, you can set your machine to "Resistance" and then set the resistance level for that option. Another thing about this machine is that it doesn't slide that much without a rubber mat, but it's a good idea to get the mat in case you want to do the exercises on bare floors. All in all, I think this is a good investment for anyone's health.

Works well and is very quiet. The one issue we had the instructions are very poorly written.And I would like to be able to set the resistance and have it remember what I set it at, as it is now you have to reset it every time you want to use it.Other than that, it gives you just enough movement in your legs and knees to help strengthen them.It also seems to be well built and not too heavy to move out of the way.It has a tendency to slide on a hardwood floor when you’re using it we bought a mat to put under it hopefully, that will stop it from sliding.I will update when I get the mat…

I use it 5 days a week and at age 81 I have strengthened my lower limbs so I am able to golf 18 holes and do yard work with no pain and it has improved my mobility greatly. It's very simple to use.

The instructions were simple. The remote worked great. The machine has a soft hum but of course it would since it has a motor. I am 67 yrs old and riddled with arthritis, and I had no problem lifting or moving the machine. I peddled on level 10 and not once did it slide away. Remember when reading posts all is relative.The machine is working great. We use it 3 hrs. every day. We noticed how much stronger our legs are.

My husband is post stroke and needed to maintain exercise. A manual elliptical machine was not an option. He would extend too much energy. This machine is awesome. It allows the passive exercise to his legs to allow strength building. The selections for speed are great.the fastest speed is too fast. He is currently on speed 3-4 and it works well. I highly recommend this machine.

Whisper quiet, it is absolutely not. The foot pedals are slick enough that I’m going to have to wear shoes to keep my feet from sliding around. I won’t be able to do it in socks.The instructions are pretty awful. I had to just play with it to figure out what I was doing.I hope that this ends up being worth my time and money in the long run. 🤞ðŸ»ðŸ¤žðŸ»ðŸ¤žðŸ»

Customer service is superb! Sent an email and within day the issue was resolved. The issue wasn't with the product, but rather the order itself. The product is great and looks, functions and operates as shown and described. It's actually a impressive unit with how it operates and what it does. I was surprisingly impressed with this unit and the features.
