Hydraulic brakes for mini bike system design for Baja DoodleBug DB30 with great stopping forcesper, have more clamping power than old caliper.
This mini bike brake assembly works on Baja DoodleBug DB30 212cc 79cc 97cc 100cc engine mini bike.
Attention: This mini bike hydraulic brake caliper can work for Baja DB30 directly, but not direct for other minibikes. For Coleman CT100U, Motovox and MMB80 MMB105, you must cut and relocate the original brake bracket and make a new mounting bracket to get it work on.

I put this break set in a Doodle bug frame. The motor is a Honda GC 190 (187cc).I did have to do a fair amount of shimming on both the disc and the caliper itself. That was not an issue for me because I did a lot a fabrication on this build.The breaks work great. If you need breaks. I can highly recommend these.

These brakes are amazing and would recommend. If anyone is wondering it does fit the FRP gmb 100 stock brake mount.

Most parts are great but the caliper bushings fell apart in a few hours.

I put this on a random wheel that didn't exactly match. That's not the end of the world, since all I had to do is slot it and now it fits just fine.I put this on a custom made electric scooter. The scooter only had a near useless e-brake and a fiddly fender brake before this. Adding this made the scooter considerably easier to drive. I don't have to give myself 500 feet to stop from 2mph (e-brake) or try to balance myself awkwardly (fender brake) anymore. I previously didn't like taking the scooter over about 15mph due to the brake situation, but now I can open it up and go over 30mph without worrying about ramming things or falling off of it while trying to use that fender brake.With this, my custom scooter actually stops better than the commercial scooters that I have. It seems to be holding up just fine after a few days of riding. I should add that a few days of riding means riding until the batteries are completely dead every time, since someone always wants to drive that scooter around the farm now. Previously, it wasn't very popular due to the awful brakes, but now everyone likes it.

Came with all necessary parts to function properly. Brakes work very well and the brake disc is very solid and strong. The roller worked exactly as needed. Overall satisfied with this product, perfect fit and function.
