So it came just as pictured described. Nothing was missing. functioned justed as it should. I made a honey shine and a simple sugar wash so far. both mash's came out great. Easy to use and easy to clean up. Two issue's I dd have with it. 1st was the seal to the pot. You really have to be careful and make sure it seals good around the pot. seal is ok but slips around a lot. 2nd was the lack of solid and comprehensive instructions and introductory in solid English. The lack of instructions and descriptions was a bit aggravating. not a huge problem though.

As advertised:Precise thermometer with double display of Celsius and Fahrenheit on the lid for easy monitoring of wine temperature during distillation process.DOES NOT HAVE, Disappointing.In many of the pictures demonstrating the product it has a temperature gauge but upon arrival not even a hole in the lid where it's supposed to be.
