I have a quite old Chinese mini lathe, which I dropped the tailstock one too many times. The hand wheel was broken to several parts. This wheel is slightly larger, but easily clears the ways. For my purpose, a hole was required for a set crew. Simple enough.

Thus is a pretty nice handwheel with revolving handle. Just a little molding flash to trim, not really necessary. Cast aluminum hub, a little bit loose. 12.2mm diameter, 4.25mm keyway.

The knobs for the handles are large enough for most men. The 16mm bore allowed me to use a 3/4-10 tap without having to drill or ream the metal and still leaves enough for the strength I need for the Moxon vice.This worked out well. The Moxon vise will use 3/4" allthread with washers.

Needed one to fit 3/4†threads but didn’t want to pay the extra cost so I drilled it myself took a chance and it worked perfectly note to those who do the same slow your drill press all the way down and take your time drilling or the bit will catch on the keyway go slowly and it will work and please clamp your work down do not drill it in hand stay safe
