This card has a nice heft to it being thicker than others. I've found it equally accurate to others that I have. I like that this has a case for it.

I’m new to welding so I figured I’d pick this up to see if it can help me out as I learn. I really don’t have a great understanding of how this tool works, but it seems of good quality.

I ordered this set for myself because my son is going to teach me how to do some basic welding (he does welding fabrication for a living). He took one look at this tool and said "I need this WAY more than you do." That was the last I saw it.He's been using it at work and says it has come in handy every day for checking his welds as well as the welds of his teammates.The easy to remove knurled nut means that the gauges can be easily separated when needed and the laser-etched lettering is clear and - so far - appears to be durable.Great gauge set..... Now I just have to order another one for myself..... ;)
