This stuff is great. I use it for very hard to clean stains on carpet such as dirt, dark colored drink spills and pet urine. It became very hard to find during the pandemic, but so happy Zep is still making this product. It literally makes stains disappear into thin air without discoloring your carpet. And the smell is minimal. As long as you spray in an area with good air circulation it dries very fast too. Worth every penny.

I’ve purchased many zip products in the past and their pet stain and odor lifter has performed well and lives up to their quality. It’s easy to use and I’ve noticed it works well on urine smells and other stains. I must say that I have seen other products that work a little better but as an old reliable, this is great as my standby and my go to.

I have 4 dogs and this has been a lofe saver for removing stains on my rugs. Pair it was a wet vac like Bissell for maximum cleaning.

We have multiple cats, and this is great on carpet, furniture, etc for removing stains and accidents. Works quickly with little effort. This is worth every penny. Smells great.
