- Do not use any E-marker cables (cables transfer power over 45watts) to charge the battery case as they will cause no charge or slow charge.

Fast Charging Functions (with Samsung 25W USB C PPS adapter + the cable coming with the phone):
- Battery case being fast charged:
- when the battery case is plugged in alone without the phone, it will be fast-charged
- Battery case fast charges the Galaxy S24 Ultra at 18 watts:
- when the battery case is charging the phone by itself, the charging speed can be 18 watts (max), and it can fully charge the phone in 2 hrs.

The last ZeroLemon case I bought was for my Samsung Galaxy S9 at least 5 years ago and I loved it. It was SOLID and perfectly squared off on all sides not only making it much easier for me to hold my thin, slippery glass rounded edge phone with my large, often dry-skinned working man hands but I had the added bonus of being able to stand the phone up on any edge to watch movies, do video conferencing, take selfies, etc. without having to hold onto the thing. And the ability to fully recharge the phone two times without having to be plugged in made it the ideal solution for my work out in the field.But eventually like all good things go the battery failed in the case and I had to get it replaced, and what they replaced it with was this much thinner, slippery plastic case with rounded edges that was practically useless for anything besides the integrated battery pack. I couldn't stand it up on end anymore. I could barely lean it against anything because the beveled edges made the thing slip, tip over and or fall almost every time. My old faithful case was no longer being made, so I was stuck with it.Fast forward to today. I had to purchase a new phone over the weekend, so I ended up with a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. It's a beautiful phone, but again it's thin, all glass and slippery, and even though it's physically larger than my previous phone it's still really hard to hold onto and use because it just wants to either twist or slip out of my hands so I decided to look at ZeroLemon cases again out of curiosity, and to my surprise they brought back a properly stout, brick-like case for the S23 Ultra. So I ordered one up immediately. When it arrived I was surprised to feel how heavy it was and I love it! All of the things I loved about the classic ZeroLemon case are in this new case. It's big enough for my hands to hold onto without dropping my 1500 dollar phone on the ground. It's squared off on all edges so I can stand it up on it's own in upright or on it's side, it's got that nice thick lip around the screen so that if it ever does fall face down there will be a lot less chance the screen will ever be damaged and it has a MASSIVE 10,000MAh battery in it so I can fully recharge my phone a couple of times without having to plug in. My old case used to give me a sold 3 days of heavy use with my old phone. This case should do about the same.Thank you again, ZeroLemon for bringing back what made your cases great!

The case fits the phone perfectly. The case does everything it was designed to do. The battery life is awesome. Some complain about it being heavy and bulky. To me that equals added protection for the phone. This style has been around for some time, but it is great. When i first seen this case, a stranger had one that i was standing by. I asked what kind it was then they showed it to me. I followed up and purchased one. No regrets from there. As far as i am concerned it is the only case that i will ever purchase again! Keep it coming, (ZEROLEMON) don't fix it because it isn't broke!

I have used the Samsung smartphone for over 10 years upgrading to the ultra S23 and S24 in the last 2 years.I order 2 zerolemons as backup for heavy phone use. It's a great product. Just doesn't last.I have always used the zerolemon battery case to ensure extended charge capability.Unfortunately, zerolemon falls severely short where it counts.It has been my experience that the cases fail to perform within 6-9 months of purchase. They either stop charging or will charge but then will not convey that charge to the phone.Without a good replacement warranty added to an optional extended warranty, I was forced to replace my cases, at my own cost to achieve a solution for this. It can become a costly routine.I am the CEO of a company where my phone needs require consistent power.We certify companies to ISO standards. I know when quality falls short.I have tolerated this because I love this products potential, and am again reordering 2 more units due to these problems. I keep hoping they will get this product to last longer, and back it up with a top notch warranty and extended warranty. I would definitely pay more for it.Zerolemon has poor customer support. No customer service by phone with a real person. Submitting an e ticket is cumbersome. They can and should do better.For those that have the money, you will enjoy the product but pay twice to get longterm use.This is my first review, but feel strongly that it is due.

My fiance and I have the same model phone, Galaxy S24 Ultra, so we picked this up to use on our motorcycling travels. We've used it for the last month and we've found it's terribly convenient, especially for her bike where I haven't yet run a USB charging port to her phone holder on her handlebars, and this allowed her to run navigation all day and still not need charge her phone at the end of a long riding day.If you're going to be away from a power source for a long time but still want to be able to use a phone, this is a great pick. Ultimately I would recommend this highly. Quality, for the price, performance you get, grip and etc.Expectations to set: this is a huge battery and it adds heft. It's not a dress-pants compatible device but you don't buy this for an office job setting anyway right? Lastly, the tactile feeling of buttons pressing is gone, but that's hardly a deal breaker. Look forward to using this on all our camping trips.

I like a thicker case and double the battery power. Had one before and it lasted a long time but started to have charge issues. So just ordered a replacement hope to get another year out of it.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and this battery case works great. I highly recomend the buy the belt clip holster from the ZeroLemon website. The battery I now get almost a week of power and I no longer have any range anxiety with my phone. Make sure you have a good screen protector from Ghost Armor or other reputable brands. The phone being much heavy you now have to worry about setting it down on the screen.
