Be warned, this batting is extremely thin. If handled carefully, it’s no problem. It’s also not very smooth. However, the size is huge. Did a king sized quilt and had about 8 inches left all around it. It hand quilted beautifully and made a very heavy quilt. Love it.

This is very thin. I probably wouldn't use for blankets. But perfect for the cozy ice cream/cup of soup holders. So easy to work with. Will definitely order this again for these type of projects.

First time ordered, love it! Thin, lightweight, easy to work with!! It appeares like it will also be warm due to the weave of the material! It doesn't stretch, or pull apart! Fits under my foot very well, lightweight keeps it from pulling off my table, causing me to constantly fight again gravity!! Will defenetly buy this batting again for all my quilt projects!! Price was really good!! Betty than all I've seen for such good quality!

I read the other reviews that mentioned the thickness of the material. I am making embroidered placemats and thought it would be OK. It is and it isn't. It was fine for the applique process, but when I was attaching the backing fabric I could feel all the seams. So I added another layer. It is still thin if you were making a quilt, but it's OK for my purpose. I will probably buy a thicker batting next time.

I’m a beginning quilter and didn’t really know what it would be like, but it worked up into a really cute little quilt and it’s warmer than I thought it would be. It’s a nice weight without being too bulky. I’m very happy with it.

Awesome size for Quilting, You really can go the 6 inches without worry. My first Quilt I only did short stitch spots to tie it all together spaced 6 " apart. Looks great and I've used for many years now.

I am glad I ordered twice the size of what I needed because this batting is really thin. I doubled it in the tied quilt I am making. It would be good in a summer weight quilt but not for what I am making it for. It has a slight grassy smell too but I assume that is from sitting in the plastic bag it came in.

A bit thin but I am use to polyester. Will work great for summer quilt . There is a bit of a smell hope it will disappear when I hang it in the fresh air will let you know
