Crank winch until cable reaches desired height, then attach cable clamps to terminate your zip line cable and boom you're done.

While the tension cable was a little "sprung" when we got the tensioner, and that took about 20 minutes to fix, once we got to using the device, it was a LIFE SAVER. Running lines across about 200 ft at a time (anywhere from 80-250 ft lines), and this thing has made life so much easier. I could not have imagined trying to do this through any other process! That much cable over that distance would have been impossible. This is a great tool!

If you purchase a zip line, there is no way to assemble without a tensioning kit. This one is worth it - great product!

Takes a few minutes to understand how it works, but once you figure it out it works great. It’s industrial sized and very very strong. Should work for many years to come
