Zosi customer support has always been great. I have spoke to Kaia, Slina and Ariana in the past and they have been wonderful. They made the process of getting the camera replaced easy. I'm glad to see that Zosi stands behind their products and have such great customer support. Thank you Kaia, Slina and Ariana you were wonderful.I have had other security camera systems in the past and wanted to upgrade to a 4K POE System and after searching around I found this one. It is the cheapest 4K POE system I could find and I am very happy with my purchase. The quality of the image is great. The only thing that I don't like about it is that you are limited on what settings you can change. The resolution, FPS, Max Bit Rate, or the Encode Bit Rate (which is set to VBR) can not be changed. I would have liked to change a couple of the cameras to a lower resolution (for disk space) and to be able to set a constant bit rate on the camera facing my driveway, especially for night time. But even with the limitations on the settings this is a great camera system. I'm just waiting for Zosi to come out with a 4K PTZ Camera that has an optical zoom that I can add to this system and I'll be set up fully. Hope they come out with one soon.

I purchased the Zosi NVR 6 4k camera bundle security system on Amazon in July 2023. It took longer than expected to arrived and it was not until I contacted the guys at Zosi that some effort was made to expedite delivery. The products were delivered in excellent condition. I got to work and installed the syCameras around my home. I must say that the video qualities of all the cameras are superb. I had a few issues registering the product and connecting to the Smart App. I contact the zosi support team via WhatsApp and responses were almost instantly. They were patient and clear in explaining how to solve the few issues. PROBLEM SOLVED IN A BREEZE! I travelled overseas and my smart app went offline for two days. I contacted Zosi support again and shortly after my smart app was back online. I'm hoping that my app doesn't offline again. I'm currently experiencing a problem with two of my bullet cameras videos being distorted on the playback mode. I don't know why. I'm hoping that this issue will be solved shortly as well. I'm also looking forward to buying two more Zosi POE cameras to view inside my car porch and back verandah as I'm not always home.

These cameras are not excellent but are quite good for the price. The installation is easy and functionality is good. The picture quality in the day and night vision are really good. The spotlights were not as bright as I thought and the alarms work well. The microphones aren't bad either however they pick-up every sound so it's a bit unclear at times. The customer support is really excellent as I encountered a manufacturer's issue with two of the cameras. Even though the issue was not resolved, which I decided not to pursue due to Amazon's polices and it would not make sense economically, overall I would recommend these cameras for a low budget household that is looking for some type of home security surveillance.

Home security cameras are about confidence. If you get a good working security camera system, you are confident your home and loved ones are safer. This system does not provide that.This isn't the 1st security camera system I installed and monitored. This is the only system I have no confidence in. It gives alarms when nothing has happened, yet I can walk all around my 4 camera system and no alarms.I contacted Tech support via chat and email (Calling is not an option). I have reset, powered off & on, deleted the app & reinstalled it, deleted and added devices and gave them my acct & password without the issues being resolved.The cameras give good pictures and installing them was easy. I was very hopeful for this system. But lost confidence in the system due to it not working as it should.As I previously stated, this wasn't the first security camera system I have installed and monitored. This was my 1st Zosi system. The other systems once installed, setup and scheduled have worked flawlessly for over a year. The confidence in the other systems has been earned numerous times since installing. I have lost complete confidence in the Zosi system and would not recommend. It's low price isn't worth the disappointment and frustration.

The Camra was easy to install and comes with rolls of wire that are plenty long enough to reach just about any location and if you need extra wire it is easy to get thru ZOSI with connections that you will need to install the extra wire in short it is a great system.

I got this to stop petty theft. I have four 1280TVL camera's in areas where it is not a "hot spot" and the four 1920TVL that came with this kit.Pros ~ We just had our coldest winter, -47F way below that with wind chill, all of these that I have set up are under and easement. So they are out of direct weather. ~ The viewing angle on the 1920TVL is quite a bit better then the 1280TVL.I have the 1280TVL covering the windows from the outside. it covers about 10ft out from it.the 1920TVL is covering a 4 car parking garage. the Night vision works well to show the whole lot. ~ It has about 2 weeks record time for the 6 cameras I have running 24/7.The cons- ~ The cables included are short. 60Ft, I had to order the 100Ft ones. They are not strong cables, do not use to pull them. I ran then in a 3/4 Conduit piping.~ the user interface is a tad bit confusing, there are no popup words when hovering over the buttons. It's all guess work.~ You will have to set the restitution on the system and it sticks. I changed monitors and had to reset it.Improvements I would like to see made, I have to use a 3 outlets to power all the devices, I think it might be better to have a higher power device and have the power come from the DVR.But if you are like me and were wondering if this system will work in the snowy cold, cold, cold, then this will work for you.

Good deal My analog system refuses to die. Using these cameras for not really important zones. Works fine. Only issue, is the mount. Cannot mount the camera in certain angles. Need to be placed strategically.

Good price, and perform as expected. I am using ZOSI video recording system, so I cannot tell how these camera connect to the other system.
