We purchased the 16 foot blue.It did take two people to build, but it was easy and pretty simple. Five kids plus myself were able to jump on it with no issues and it is super fun! It can withstand the weight and seems pretty durable so far. The design is also awesome and we really appreciate the curved poles!I do recommend building it where you want it to stay. Due to it being so big, it is not easy to move and gets a little wonky and uneven after moving it after it's built. For us, we moved it where we wanted it and was able to pull it and even it out, it just took extra time and we were being extra careful. When you build it, place the golden tabs with the springs aligned with each tall pole. You will thank me later! It makes the zipper go evenly between each pole, really just looking better! We did have strong winds the other day and bad weathering, and the trampoline didn't budge! (After reading one of the reviews, I was afraid of it leaving us, haha!)For the blue tarp that goes on top of the springs. The dark blue goes on top and you tie underneath. There is also a flap that actually covers the rim of the trampoline as well. Just pull that piece over to fit. It ships in three boxes. Due to shipping, there was a hole in one of the corners, causing us to lose some of the pieces. I contacted customer service and they apologized for the inconvenience and sent the parts we needed! We received it in 2 days! The price is definitely worth it! I did a lot of research on trampolines, and Zupapa came out on top with good quality and good reviews!

I purchased this 10 ft Trampoline for my 4 grandsons. I researched, read reviews and settled on this one, because of it's safety features, durability and good reviews. As you can see in the photo all four of my grandson's are on the trampoline. My grandson's range in age from 1 to 10. My husband and the boys Dad put the trampoline together in under 2 hours, both said it was pretty easy and straight forward. The boys absolutely love it and it does seem safe and well made. We are happy with our purchase.

EDIT: I got a quick response from customer service, and in the process of taking a photo I discovered that the safety foam was blocking the second hole on the lower net support rods. Yes, I feel foolish. Not sure if a diagram led me to think there is a single hole or if I thought the foam couldn't be slid out of the way. Easy fix and the trampoline is safer now.The instructions are not very size spe in thecific and some illustrations are not clear. My 12ft model came with base uprights with 2 holes at the top, but the net support poles have only 1 hole. NOTE! SEE EDIT ABOVE! There are fasteners included for both holes. In use for 2 days, the net support is OK so far, but the poles tilt sideways quite a bit. The included stakes are insufficient I feel so I bought 4 augur style tie downs to use. Instructions almost insist on 2 people being required. I built it alone, but an extra hand would have made a couple of steps less tricky.

We bought this to help our toddlers exert some energy in the evenings. The net is sewn right to the trampoline so no little legs or arms can slip out.Within a few weeks of purchase, part of the frame bent. We contacted the Zupapa company and with the warrantee they had the pieces we needed to replace out to us within the week with no shipping charge. Very happy with this customer service experience.

Set it up in mid February, so far so good. One spring was not coiled correctly, but the company sent a new one asap.Love that there is no gap between the trampoline the side netting! And the clear protection from the springs on the outer side.Actually so far doesn't kill my grass! Sun still gets through enough to let the grass thrive vs getting burned in Florida.Definitely you need to add more sturdy anchors to prevent it from possibly moving with some heavy winds.Springs seem like they will be protected from rusting and hopefully we can disassemble it easily and reassemble after hurricane season. We'll see!

We love the trampoline! After set up, we had an incident which caused damage to the frame. I contacted Zupapa to explain and purchase parts. My goodness……..what a GREAT experience! They walked me through it and even monitored shipping to ensure the parts were delivered. Summer was soo helpful and genuine in helping get my busy little boy back to jumping! They have incredible ethics and customer service. This company is special. Thank you!

Our girls love this 15ft trampoline. It is a perfect size for the yard and set up was fairly easy. Two-person job that takes 1 to 2-hours to complete set up.
