The ZVC Barefoot Shoes Men Women Wide Toe Box Shoes Zero Drop Shoes Minimalist High Top Sneakers are good for what they are. If you're looking for a good every day use shoe, this may not be what you're looking for. If you're looking for a comfortable light-use shoe, you could do worse than these. These shoes are super, mega wide. I take a wide shoe, and these shoes are like clown shoes on me. That's not a complaint. It's so refreshing to find shoes that are this wide. Shoes that let my toes breathe. I love it.Apparently one of the features of this shoe is it is a minimalist shoe, which means it has absolutely zero support. This is fine for easy home use, but I absolutely would not use these shoes anywhere with a poured concrete floor.Being minimalist shoes, there are almost no designs or outstanding visual features aside from a sewn-on ZVC logo. The logo can easily be removed with a sharp knife or stitch remover for a cleaner look. One major negative. If you remove the insoles you see exactly how these shoes are built. The stitching that binds the mesh sides to the sole is as minimalist as the design of the shoe. The length between stitches is concerning. These shoes truly aren't meant to last very long, or be used in harsh conditions.

For me shoes should; be comfortable, have sufficient support for the foot, have a good non-slip sole, look acceptable, made to last, and be reasonably priced.Shoes, like everything else, have gotten expensive so finding shoes that are both comfortable and reasonably priced is getting more and more difficult. One pair that I bought two years ago has doubled in price. When I saw these shoes listed I noticed the wide toe box. I have wide feet. After reading the description I decided to give them a try. They came quickly. They are comfortable. They have very little support for the foot but they are listed as barefoot, minimalist, shoes. They do have a very good non-slip sole. I like the look but I can see how some might not. They’re made of a light cotton canvas material. I expect slightly less than average durability but there’s not really any way to predict that. They could hold up really well. Either way I think the price is good enough to overshadow the minor concerns or flaws. Being black canvas they catch and show dirt, dust, animal hair, lint, fairy dust, low flying asteroids, and anything else that they pass within three feet of. But being black also means they are versatile enough to wear with almost anything. Because I have several dogs and a rabbit I keep those sticky lint brushes in the house and the car. They work well for cleaning off these sneakers.Bottom line: they’re very comfortable and I think the price is really good (considering the current prices of shoes).

These shoes are not sneakers. They are more like work outside in the garden type shoes. They're are not comfortable at all.

If you know what a wide toe box shoe looks like (yes, they tend to look like clown shoes) and are okay with no support (that’s what the zero drop and minimalist mean) these could be worth a try. I got these for my college student who usually wears Vans. Having space for the toes can really help strengthen the feet and keep them healthy, but does come with a different style. You can see how flat and void of cushioning they are, as described. I like wide toe boxes personally, and don’t need cushioning, but need some arch support so these would not work for me, but I can’t wear my beloved Converse anymore either…The material seems to be somewhat breathable and flexible, similar to Skechers. The fit is true to size. The construction seems decent, but not top notch. I doubt they will last too long, but at this price point that would be surprising. The quality seems in line with the price point. There is a logo on the side, which I would prefer wasn’t there, but it isn’t too obvious.Although they are advertised as minimalist, they are high tops, so I would have expected some firmness (like a canvas material would give) in the ankle area. There is none. It is floppy like a sock. Maybe my expectations were wrong, but why have it be high top then? Other than that, it seems okay, hopefully it will last a few months….

VERY COMFORTABLE SHOES I LOVE THEIR DESIGN, IT IS WIDE IN THE TOE PART, WHICH MAKES THE FOOT FEEL FREE AND RESTED. I CAN WALK LONG DISTANCES WITH THEM AND FEEL RESTED. THEY ARE VERY FRESH AND LIGHT. I RECOMMEND THEM.

These ended up looking a lot different than I was anticipating. They are just all around shaped differently than what my imagination had envisioned. But I still have worn them. Everything has its time and place. These are actually comfortable to me, and maybe this is a style of shoes that fits my feet well. During the summer, all I wear are sandals with not much support, or I am barefoot at home. That's what these remind me of. I'm perfectly comfortable like that. I've worn them to the store a few times, and they have started to grow on me. They have decent traction, even on wet surfaces. They are indeed very lightweight. As far as durability, they should last me years, but I rotate and wear so many different shoes that none of mine ever really get worn out. For the money they are a good value for what you get.
