It stops automatically once a sufficient vacuum has been obtained. Then simply press the push button in the middle of the red silicone valve on the bag to seal it securely. I use this every day because it only takes a minute. I keep it right next to my fridge. Everything is vacuum fresh. Dishwasher clean.Air dried. Used again. No waste.

The reusable bags really do work and decrease plastic waste. AND I've found that they work well to prevent cheese from molding! Hurray! Finally something actually works!

These work very well in for what they are intended for. The gasket for removing the air works really well and the seal is easy to use when closing it. However, you need to be careful when undoing the ziplock seal after taking it out of the freezer. When it's cold it becomes easy to tear.

We love the Zwilling vacuum sealer system! We already own a bunch of containers and bags, we just wanted more. The bags are very durable, even when flipped inside out to wash and dry. We’ve never had any issues.

J’ai adoré ce produits car j’achète beaucoup de noix diverses. Et malgré un bon entreposage ( bocal, frigo ) il m’arrive d’en perdre car elles perdent leur goût et deviennent moins bonnes à manger . Donc ce produit me permet de les mettront sous vide et me permettra d’économiser . Cependant j’ai placé des petits concombres libanais , le résultat n’a pas été concluant, au bout de quelques jours ils avaient ramolli et il y avait trop d’humidité créée je les ai perdus . Je dois encore faire des tests avec d’autres types d’aliments. L’appareil est puissant et très efficace
