This is a great heavy duty product.I used it for My 3 hp water pump to hook up to a lake weed roller system. I had a problem with the last hose I used blow holes do to the water pressure . This hose maximized the pressure needed to keep the weed roller moving .Highly recommend.

I ordered this hose for a marine engine build. It is very flexible and does not collapse under suction. The thickness seems adequate. Time will tell if the material hold up to the harsh marine environment. You do have to be careful to snip the internal wire when cutting the hose to avoid poking yourself. Overall one of the best suction hoses I have seen on the market!

Stiff and heavy walled flex tube works well and the spiral coil prevents collapse. But the plasticizers used really give off the fumes when you first open the box. I mean, it was overwhelming. Open this up in the garage or outside and let it sit for a few hours.

Then it cracked when I bent it, destroyed. It was well below freezing (-15 C maybe)
