Semplicemente non divide i tuorli dagli albumi. Ho dovuto scartare i tre albumi che aveva ben diviso dai tuorli perché al quarto uovo il tuorlo ha totalmente trapassato sporcando gli albumi.

Som rubriken avslöjar så rann första ägget rakt igenom tillsammans med äggulan. Jag misstänker att rumstempererade ägg gör separeringen svårare men utifrån att produktens ändamål handlar om att möjliggöra detta så kan jag inte ge annat än 1/5.

I love this little tool. I love cooking recipes that require separating the yolk from the white, but I absolutely hate the texture of the egg on my hands. This has saved me from that sensory nightmare and allowed me to live in the creme brulee paradise of my dreams
