I've been looking for some magnets this small for years. They are great for CNC woodworking like boxes with magnetic lids because they do not take up much space. Normally I have to design in so much space to support the magnets but these are SO SMALL. I was astonished when I unwrapped them after they arrived. However, they are VERY strong and just what I was hoping for. These are now my go-to magnets for projects.

Very strong! I am using them for Apoxsee resin projects but I can’t get the magnet to stay on the back. It will stay for a day or two and when you pull the magnet off the refrigerator magnet will stay on the fridge and the resin craft will come off. I tried to superglue and also UV resin. Anybody have any experience?

They are way way way too small to make anything connect. However they are fun to play with when you have little fingers that can take them apart and make them chase each other. These are very very very small. Read the fine print and size dimensions.

My first set of magnets were fine. I re-ordered from the same listing as I wanted more and the new set were simply a different size. They're listed as the same size as the first set, but are bigger in some dimensions. To be clear, I didn't select a different size and the listing is exactly the same as it was when I first ordered. Pretty disappointing as this is pretty straight forward. I messaged the seller about this and received no reply.

The picture of the magnets is exactly what I wanted. Upon closer inspection, the picture appears to be of 8x3x2 mm magnets, this listing (at the time of this review) is for 8x3x1 magnets. For my application, I can probably used two of them stacked, but just wanted to let any other buyers know the magnets delivered are half the thickness of the ones pictured.
