My son is learning Oboe as part of his middle school band. These reeds works best for beginners and price is reasonable. A set of ten lasts several months.

Oboe reeds are generally fragile but these all arrived broken except for two.

These are not crowing in tune. Spine is a bit too thick so they are just made by someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. I will be returning. Unless you have skills to take these apart and re-shave these are useless.

We gave these double reeds a try but alas they lived up to their inexpensive price tag. The reeds were grossly distanced from one another and wouldn't produce a sound. We ended up tossing them in the trash.
