Purchased these to hold down rubber curb ramps to my driveway. Rented a rotor hammer to assure proper hole for expansion bolts. I’ve had to replace 8 of 10 as they failed. Went with threaded lag bolts and concrete adhesive which did the trick. Disappointing….
