Overall, this is a good ball joint press set with all the attachments you should need. My only pet peeve is at the paint seems to come off very easily to with just slightly rubbing it on asphalt or concrete. If you’re someone that likes instructions, there are no instructions with this, but YouTube videos can be very helpful, when this works and all the attachments needed so far for the money compared to a name brand this is well worth what you pay. All the pieces that come with the set seem to be very well machined and have a good tight fit the look of the tool and the bow molded case seemed very similar to other ones on the market. This ball joint press works very well and functions as it should.

Someone left a review saying it’s not heavy duty. Almost made me not buy it. It’s definitely HEAVY DUTY. Will last forever as long as you don’t lend it out. Cause it will go missing.

Did not meet my needs. Very low quality. It bent the second time I used it. Had to go purchase another one of higher quality to complete job. Do not recommend.

For the money this can’t be beat, a few crusty bits from the casting but that’s to be expected. Overall this works great.Although, if you’re a professional shop doing dozens of ball joints a year you likely want something better.

As a dealership technician, I normally only purchase tools from the Snap-On or Cornwell truck, however I had an emergency that I needed taken care of quick. Harbor Freight was already closed by that point, so I ordered this for overnight shipping.I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from this thing working on a 30 year old lifted Ford that has never had a ball joint changed in it’s life, but it pushed those rusty ball joints out of the sockets no problem and was ready for more. None of the parts to it were damaged in the process and I was able to get it taken care of quick and easy.I can recommend this tool if you want a cheap solution for ball joints and u-joints.
