Be Careful
Many brands try to obscure the length of their rolls. Many are selling short 10, 12, and 16 foot rolls. These are simply too short and you end up wasting bags when your last cut bag is too short.
This one 100 foot roll is 6.25 x longer than the 16 ft rolls.
What about the 50 foot rolls?
Well, 50 foot rolls are too large to fit inside your machine. So you have to store them somewhere and cut them with scissors whenever you need to make a bag. Why bother with them when you can get twice as much in a single roll and not have to fuss with cutting and storing the rolls.
All OutOfAir vacuum sealer bags are BPA-free. They can be microwaved, frozen, washed, re-used, and boiled - which means they work great for sous-vide cooking.

I love sous vide cooking and always break down meats in club-size packages prior to freezing. The Anova bags that came with my vacuum sealer were out of stock, so after doing extensive research, I purchased 3 alternatives and decided to try them side-by-side. I ordered 8"x10" quart size bags from Food Saver, 8"x12" quart size bags from Ez-Vac, and this 11"x100' roll from OutofAir.com. Let me start by saying that the mega roll is my favorite so far. While the Ez-Vac bags feel thicker than the other two, more than half of the time air is left in the bag after the vacuuming process. Useless. Also, those bags do not have a space to write the contents. The Food Saver bags were functional, but a little too small for my everyday needs (large steaks, roasts, etc.) The mega roll not only allows me to customize my size (tiny for fresh herbs, larger for a whole roast), it also seals perfectly every time, has ample space for labeling, and I get excellent vacuum results. In the photo I have the Food Saver bags on the left, the mega roll in the center, and the Ez-Vac bags on the top and right. Since that experiment, I use the mega roll for everything. The cutter is smooth and easy to use. Great product at a great price.

I just got this and sealed something to test it, so I can’t comment on long term use, but it is very nice quality and I have no reason to doubt that it will work well in the long run. The plastic is nice and thick — definitely thicker than the other generic brands I’ve tried (I’ve tried 4-5 other brands). It feels like it is even a little thicker than the Foodsaver rolls, but not so thick that it interferes with the way the product works. The cutter works well as long as you hold the plastic firmly and run the cutter from left to right (I did right to left the first time since the Foodsaver cutter works equally well both ways, but this cutter gave me a jagged edge and didn’t cut well when going right to left). I love that this company gives you a bargain product that addresses the main complaint there is against the other generic rolls — they don’t fit in the storage hole in the machine. In this product you can choose the roll in a box with a cutter, which is perfect for the 8†rolls that I use less often, or 25 foot rolls that they say fit in the Foodsaver. I’ve ordered that product in the 11†size, but haven’t received it yet, but assuming it fits like they claim, it’s a perfect option for the more commonly used size roll. The rolls also have the white write on areas along the side of the roll just like Foodsaver roll does (it even seems a little bigger than the area on the Foodsaver rolls, so it’s easier to write on), which I’ve never seen on another generic roll (I’ve been using freezer tape mark them). These are a little more expensive than a lot of the generic rolls, but they would be worth the extra cost just on the quality of the plastic alone, but when you consider the other nice features they have they are a bargain and unless something goes horribly wrong with them after they’ve been sealed form a while this is the only brand rolls for my Foodsaver that I’ll use in the future. The only question is if the cutter will last long enough to cut the whole 100’ roll — it seems to be pretty sturdy and sharp, so hopefully it will work well for the whole role.

Great substitute for brand name vacuum seal bags, much less expensive. Also I love the built in cutter. Recommend!Update 9/18/2022: have use multiple over the past week since receiving my order. I’ve had no problem with any leaking so far as some have mentioned. A few thoughts on that: these are considered universal bags but understand it’s possible they won’t work exactly the same from machine to machine. I have a 10+ year old FoodSaver unit and haven’t had any trouble. I’m sure there could be differences between how hot the sealer gets on different brands, which I’m sure could affect the seal depending on bag thickness. These feel somewhat thicker than my regular FoodSaver bags, or else it’s the texture that makes then feel that way. That, too, might affect seal between machines, I would guess. When I’ve had trouble sealing in the past with FoodSaver brand bags, it’s usually been due to user (MY) error. Don’t get liquid/moisture along the edge you’re going to seal or it may not be able to vacuum and seal correctly. This would apply to any type of bag you’re using. So when putting my food inside the bag, I roll the top edge down to avoid touching the food to that edge, so I don’t leave a trail of moisture. That said, note that this may require you to cut your bag somewhat bigger than you think, but not TOO much bigger. Also, read your manual, but most sealers (I think) require you to put the textured side DOWN when sliding the bag in to seal it. It makes a difference to the machine so make sure you check that. I continue to be. E Rey impressed with these bags. Again, the built-in cutter is awesome. Let’s me cut a straight edge every time, and that, too, I think makes it easier to get a good vacuum/seal the first time.

Are thick materials, seal well, easy to cut due to built in cutter and not a bad price for the amount. There was another brand that had 50' more for a bit more but went with this brand due to price and they mentioned the thickness. Pleased and will re-order when I use it up.

Good roller box with cutter. Bags are standard width so they worked fine in my Easy Sealer. I like a quantity of bags on hand for sealing foods in. This provides it. Seals good and has a long writing strip to identify the contents (I know you can see what it is now, but what about after its frozen?)

Like the flexibility of bag size. Much better price than shorter rolls. We do a lot of fishing and this product works great! We have been a repeat buyer, definitely recommend.

This works perfectly. The box is easily stored as opposed to the great big boxes/bags you can also get. The built-in cutter is very convenient. The bags are very good quality and I've had no problems with sealing them. I just bought another box, different size.
