It was a little difficult to install but I would blame that mostly on Dodge and the stupid design they chose for the mounting bracket but ultimately the alternator did fit and works just fine I can't speak to its quality just yet as it hasn't been in the car for more than a day but I'll update this review in a year or so to see how it's going. The alternators from AutoZone for the 2011 Dodge journey were and I quote 450 to $500 That's ridiculous in my opinion $106 is a pretty good price bit of advice if you're planning on changing the alternator in a 2011 Dodge journey be very careful with that top radiator hose I accidentally broke the fitting and now the car needs an irradiator this has nothing to do with the alternator but I figured I'd mention it for anyone trying to repair their car by themselves.

Do not buy parts from this seller. bought a alternator 5 months ago August 18th it is now January 21st the alternator has already failed. ASAPE listing indicates there's a warranty but doesn't specify terms description or duration contacted the seller about warranting the part only to be fluffed off told I need to contact Amazon as they do not sell or ship the product don't really see where Amazon's responsible for warranting their part but okay contacted Amazon which I will say helped me the best way they could got me $82 of my $101 back because ASAPE has to have a $19 restock fee to restock a faulty part that they cannot resell yeah that makes sense however Amazon again stepped in and gave me a promotional credit for my inconvenience even though I declined it as I wanted the seller to step up and stand beside there product and warranty it ASAPE MORE LIKE ACRAP. So if you are looking at these altern ators you already know what they cost at the auto store. So do yourself a favor if you have an LKQ Auto Parts nearby you can get an alternator for the same price with a 6-month warranty at no extra cost for $10 more you can get it for a year for $20 you can get it up to 2 years. Or hopefully you just have a good salvage yard that warranties parts for at least 90 days don't buy these products you're throwing your money away and you will have to do the labor twice. And if you try to warranty or get a resolution when you get a bad part you will just get the runaround it's not fun thanks for reading.

The stock alternator went out on my 2014 Town and Country Van.All the part stores sell replacements for $300+ but they do all come with a lifetime warranty.This was $100 and shipped overnight.So that was pretty fast.We replaced the dead one the very next day and it's now running good as new.I will give a review in 3 to 6 months as an update.But for now, this part is a very affordable replacement.Until then we shall see.

Part came in well under price of chain automotive stores. I was apprehensive but money was tight. Been installed for over a month now and working great. No issues. Will update review if any issues

Our alternator was dying a slow death and doing some werid things in our van to prove it to the point we thought it was the onboard computer system instead. Finally figured out it was the alterator and bought this one from Amazon. The right model for our van and we've not had an issue since. Highly recommend.

I tried to be cheap buy getting one of these. Didn't even last 2000 km! Spend the money and buy a reputable alternator. Don't make the same mistake I did.
