Installation of the Filter:
Soak the filter in a clean container for 5 minutes before use.
After soaking, rinse the filter thoroughly for 30 seconds.
Add water to the Petlibro water fountain.
Install the water tray securely.
Fasten the snap lids in place.
Attach the soaked filter to the designated spot in the water fountain.
Place the filter lid on top to secure it in position.
Installing the Pre-Filter Sponges:
Insert the foam filter into the groove of the water pump.
Install the silicone pipe onto the pump.
Once you have completed these steps, your pet will have access to fresher, more oxygenated, and healthier water throughout the day. The pre-filter sponges will help improve the quality of the water by removing debris and impurities, ensuring your pet enjoys clean and fresh water whenever they need it.

We really liked the product, we have been using it for several months and it is compatible with the device. My cat has been able to drink normal water and it has been of good quality.

The filter fit perfectly and so far I have not had any issues with it. I’m not sure what people are talking about with the black specs coming from the black filter. I have not seen any of that. I did make sure to rinse it thoroughly before putting it in the water fountain, however, just be on the safe side. Will be ordering again when I run out!

These filters are amazing for the price and how many you get of each. They fit just like the brand ones and was a quick fix for the poor water flow I was getting before. Very satisfied and will buy again!

These do fit the Pet Libro dockstream water fountain, but not as well as the Pet Libro brand. They are a little bit larger causing them to not fit as well. Even with a little trimming I could not get them to fit as well as the original equipment.
