I waited to review the wheel to see how my chinchilla would adapt to it. The wheel was easy for me to assemble it by myself and it’s a very sturdy wheel. The size is perfect. The weight took my by surprise a little bit as I’ve never really carried sturdy quality metal like that before. It’s very easy to clean and sweep things out of it. My chinchilla took 8 months to use it as she didn’t know what it was and she was definitely terrified of it. She didn’t even put her paws inside it until literally out of nowhere just decided she wanted to jump in it for the heck of it. It’s extremely quiet even when she’s running full speed on it. For the people that complain about noise, there’s instructions on how you have to put it in just right otherwise it’s gonna create noise due to it being placed wrong and the metal being off set with the rest of the cage metal for critter and ferret nation cages so keep that in mind when putting it together and use measuring tapes to line it up properly!

I just recently purchased this wheel and at the moment I let in my chinchilla into the cage he went straight to the wheel and started to run. Amazing product, very recomended and the best overall: Very silent and sturdy.

Great wheel and the quietest I have found yet! My male chinchilla loves it! Have tried others stating they were ultra quiet, this wheel is the best by far!! Waiting for a purple one now, had to buy another YKD brand wheel for my female chinchilla, her cutting wheel is really loud, not ultra quiet as advertised!!

This wheel is at least equal or better than any other critter wheel we've ever owned and we tend to spoil our pets. The construction and materials couldn't be better. My wife even loves the purple color. Our Chinchilla took right to it.Now. Note that we have a female Chinchilla and also note that we have a huge three level Midwest Ferret Nation habitat that she lives in. This wheel is huge. Bigger than any we've ever owned. If you own a Chinchilla, Ferret, Rat or similarly sized rodent housed in a decent sized habitat you'll be fine. If you own any rodent of a smaller size, including male Chinchillas, this wheel will probably be too much for them to handle.

It's not as silent as I hoped but that may have more to do with the cage than the wheel. I was not happy about spending over 100 dollars on a wheel for my chin but I will say it was well worth it. It is large and durable. Chili couldn't break the thing if he tried and he will try. He wouldn't get out of the wheel for the first week in a half after installing it. He wouldn't come out for playtime and you would have to open up the door to give treats because he wouldn't leave the wheel to come to get them, he even slept in it.

Difficult to install, cheap materials, low quality bearings. Sounds worse than a 20$ wheel and I haven’t even had it 6 months. These people will rip you off DO NOT WASTE 130$ on this pot they dug out of a landfill
