These plugs work, mostly. But they never expand up to the top of the plastic holder, making it harder to place seeds in them. I chose this brand because I only wanted a small number and these seemed most reasonable but will not buy again.

I purchased the seed pod kit for my AeroGarden, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. Instead of the herbs and vegetables I was hoping for, I ended up growing more mold and algae than anything else. The pods produced an awful smell, and I was left with a slimy mess to clean up. Not only did I waste an entire growing season, but I also wasted my time and money. I did 1 rounds of growing. I won’t be purchasing this kit again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free growing experience.

Garbage for anything other than tiny seeds. So we soaked the pods as instructed. Then added our green bean seeds, well tried to, but that didn't happen!! The pods are like preformed sponges and you can't move or break them up to accommodate medium sized seeds. You cant even bury a seed, so you can only use surface seeds. They seem to work for small seeds like lettuce and herbs if they dont need to be covered in dirt. But definitely not bigger seeds. Which is really disappointing because I bought these for the purpose of starting seedlings early and then removing every other week. So yea I do not recommend these At ALL!! Like just no. Don't waste your money like I did. These are junk.
